Carbonation Stone - Air Bubble Smaller Bubble Aeration Diffusion Stone – HENGKO
Carbonation Stone - Air Bubble Smaller Bubble Aeration Diffusion Stone – HENGKO Detail:
Gas-Liquid inter-phase reactions are common in Chemical industry. Reactions like Hydrogenation, Oxidation, Chlorination require sparging gases to be mixed thoroughly in a two phase reaction. Typically this is done making air stone with holes called diffusers. While these diffusers have served their purpose well, there is always scope to improve the efficiencies. HENGKO engineers have done extensive research on bubble generation, size, etc. to optimize these reactions.
HENGKO Spargers create fine bubbles and millions of tiny bubbles are generated. The basic premise is that, if we can increase the surface area in a two phase reaction between a gases and liquid we would have very fast, efficient mass transfer.
These bubbles move upwards very fast and effective mixing and reaction cannot take place. This leads to high consumption gases, usually 2-3 times more than that required by stoichiometric calculation.
The spargers are designed based on application for
