The Candle Filters are installed for clarification and recovery applications from liquids with low solids content ranging from 5% to PPM levels. The filter candles are designed for high liquid flow and low pressure drop. Materials of construction are stainless steels, alloys and others.

HENGKO stainless steel filter tubes are made by sintering 316L powder material or multilayer stainless steel wire mesh at high temperatures. They have been widely used in environmental protection, petroleum, natural gas, chemical, environmental detection, instrumentation, pharmaceutical equipment and other fields.

As a part of filtration systems, porous metal elements can be cleaned effectively in many applications. This is done with a back-blowing system for gaseous applications or a backwash/back-flush system for liquid applications. Examples of this method are LSI filters for liquid/solid filter applications and GSV for gas/solid applications.

HENGKO nano micron pore sized grade stainless steel filter tubes have excellent performances of smooth and flat internal and external tube wall, uniform pores and high strength. The dimensional tolerance of most models is controlled within ±0.05 mm.
